pasearch is a web based advertising service for people whom need domiciliary care and are recruiting Personal Assistants who are seeking employment together with those; who are in receipt of direct payments, ILF, adults, children, personal care.

VISION.

Our vision is to provide a web based service for people living in their own homes in need of advertising for Personal Assistants.
The service to be very much cheaper than current existing advertising for example news papers.
While promoting job opportunities for people wishing to become Personal Assistants.

Choosing to have the support of a Personal Assistant is a big choice; pasearch seeks to help people make private contact at a pace suitable to them.

STAFF PROFILE.

pasearch staff have collectively over thirty two years in the social care field working in residential homes and as a social worker/care manager; this experience is across both children and adults services.
On the team also is collectively, fifteen years within the retail sector and customer service.
